Uninstalled, reinstalled, went to globalsat website and downloaded Windows 7 driver which would crash when trying to install due to folders not found. Tried running GPS info program downloaded from globalsat. It indicated the GPS was having trouble obtaining GPS fix. One time it was able to get a fix and worked for a short while. It has since been unable to obtain GPS fix inside, outside, in full unobstructed sky view...anywhere.
I am so disappointed in this product, I have purchased another GPS - made by a company other than Globalsat.
