Alright, cabin fever has been driving me crazy and has led me to start going through all my hiking gear in anticipation of Spring hiking weather. As part of that, I finally broke down and bought my first GPS online - the Lowrance Out&Back.
I didn't want to pay a fortune but did want something that was pretty easy to learn and had the ability of adding maps, trails, and waypoints from the web later as I have more money and know better what I want. So far, I really like it. Of course, time on the trail will truly tell if this is as good as it seems to be in my house. Looking forward to it though.
