(More customer reviews)Considering the cost, I am disappointed in the unit. It has a very limited range and you get a false direction when you use it. I put it on my dog and had her go in the yard. When I turned on the unit it showed that she was in the front yard and not the back. Bottom line is you have to play with it for a bit when you first try to locate anything. The other bad thing is the range, I was VERY lucky to get 50' away and still have a signal and this was in an open space. It might be good for locating keys but for dogs or anything that moves I would not recommend this item. Replacement transmitters are VERY overpriced, they should sell for half of what they want for them.
