(More customer reviews)I purchased this phone as part of my transition to the less expensive Boost Mobile service. It's the cheapest phone Boost offers--in more ways than one. The menus and operation of the phone are anything but intuitive. Simply calling contacts or checking missed calls is an exercise in jumping through hoops. But the real problem is that the phone only holds a charge for about 20 hours. If I call or text a lot, the charge lasts less than 8 hours. I had the battery checked out and it's fine. The problem lies in the phone. Of course, I only discovered this after using the phone for a week--and I had already thrown out the packaging. I bought the phone at Target and they said I could return it "in the original packaging with all the materials." So, in other words, I'm stuck with it. In addition, replacing it is going to involve re-activating my account with the new phone. Given that Boost Mobile messed up everything about my account in the first place, and it simply impossible to get someone on the phone, I'm leery of going through the process.
