(More customer reviews)I wanted to provide a review so others are aware they shouldn't bend the "flexible" arm too much! Mine broke off a few months after it was installed. Rather than buy another # 1629, I bored out the broken aluminum with a metal drill bit, then used JB weld (love this stuff and it works really well) to re-insert the remainder of the flexible arm. At this point, I will avoid adjusting the angle of my smart phone - with the hope it'll be ok. Despite this problem, I do like this product and would recommend it to others.
