Car Mount with Flexible Gooseneck + 3.5mm Aux Cable (5 Ft.) for the Samsung Galaxy S - Incl. DBROTH Microfiber Cleaning Cloth Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I am not happy with the quality of the device, as the plastic where it rotates got cracked on the very first day of usage. It is still usable but it is a bit loose.
The good thing about this product is that it does the job for the price of $10-15

Gilsson Universal Holder Suction /Air Vent Clip Mount for iPhone Blackberry SmartphoneGarmin Nuvi Magellan Roadmate GPS Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Obviously the GPS isn't included, but you will notice in the picture, in the lower left, there is a square-ish looking component with 4 screw holes and a notch cut out. This piece is used to permanently attach the cradle mount holder to the dash, or elsewhere in the car.
The kit does not come with this piece.
After thoroughly re-reading the description, I realized nowhere does it say that this piece is included, so it's really my fault for not paying close enough attention to the description.
I had a use for this piece and was disappointed it wasn't included.
Included are 3 pieces: the suction mount and permanently attached flexible arm, the cradle, and the visor mount.
Also, there are no mounting discs for the suction cup, either, but the instructions do references them, as an optional accessory.
All-in-all, the device seems to be made well for the money ($19.99). I saw similar devices in the store for more money and they appeared to be made more cheaply, or only-as-well, as this one.
I found the cradle in this unit to be a slimmer design than other's I've seen, so if a tight spot for the cradle is a concern, this one may work for you.
I gave it 4 stars because it didn't include 25% of what I expected to be in the package.
I did this rating because others may be looking for that permanent mount, as I was, and I don't want them disappointed - like I was - that it wasn't included.

Garmin - Adhesive disk (pack of 2 ) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Bought a new car, so I needed new dashboard disk to mount my Nuvi. these seemed like a reasonable price for what appeared to be factory OEM disks.
When I received them I cleaned the dashboard with alcohol to make sure the adhesive would stick, removed the cover from the adhesive disk, and pressed it against the dashboard. Would not stick. I tried the other one. No-go. I touched the adhesive with my finger , and there was no adhesion - it did not feel sticky at all.
I contacted the seller for a refund, heard nothing. A week later sent another request for a refund, this time I got a refund.

GARMIN 010-11030-00 Suction Cup Mount For Nuvi 700 Series Travel Assistant Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I ordered this for an odd reason. I was away on a business trip. I had remembered to pack my Garmin 755T unit Garmin nuvi 755T 4.3-Inch Widescreen Portable GPS Navigator and the lighter socket power cord. However, I had totally forgotten the windshield mount. "No problem", I thought, "I'll just toss it on the dash." Well, there are a bunch of problems with that.
* The GPS flew all over the dash whenever I took a turn or hit a bump
* There's no way to plug the power cord into the GPS without this unit
I expected the first problem, but not the second. So I ordered this and had it shipped overnight to my hotel. Amazon came through and I had the mount the next morning. Works great!
If you have a 2nd car, this makes the transfer somewhat easier. If you also get a 2nd power cord to go with it, you're really golden. You can then just pop the GPS out and in with zero effort.
