(More customer reviews)First I had bought the Auto Navigation Kit to keep my Garmin iQue 3600 on the dashboard. Any quick acceleration though and my Garmin would be on the floor, waste of money.
Then this Garmin Suction Cup Mount came out; works perfect. We just cruised 3 weeks through Italy, France and Spain in my Alfa Romeo (V6 and sport tires & suspension = good test). Did some 4,000 km of all kind of road and driving conditions, including cobblestones, curvy coastal roads and bumpy secondary and mountain roads. Not once did the suction cup mount come loose from the windshield. Also, having the car sit parked in the hot sun for hours did not do any harm to the windshield-mounted device.
The cup mount installs and is removed in seconds. Clear voice sound from the speaker with easy volume control.
Other than that, it keeps your iQue 3600 charged, which you need as the battery does not last too long.
A definite must have if you want to use your iQue 3600 for car navigation.

Garmin City Navigator North America NT (microSD Card) Review

(More customer reviews)The maps are very detailed and they contain a plethora of POI's (Points of Interest). On very important point though any buyer should be aware of.
You can't download the maps contained on this Micro SD card to your Mapsource Software, which pretty much makes the Mapsource software useless.
I contacted Garmin and the very friendly customer service rep. said that the Micro SD cards maps can't be downloaded off the card on to your PC. She recommended (as I would) that if you want to be able to view the maps on your PC and use the PC to map routes, edit waypoints etc. buy the DVD's not the Micro SD. They are the same price.
Bottom-line. If you want to just pop the card in your GPS device and use it then this item is probably the way to go. If you want to do more, especially with your PC, then get the DVD instead. I wish I had known this before I ordered non returnable software.

(More customer reviews)I received the suction mount with my Garmin Nuvi. In general I really like it. But I have had problems. It seems to loose suction with temperature changes. I also use my Nuvi with rental cars and when I used it in Arizona the rubber partially stuck to the windshield when I removed the suction mount. So now my suction mount looses suction frequently. I was about to purchase a replacement when I noticed the large beanbag friction mount. I'm going to give this a try. It works great and is very easy to mount and dismount from the windshield. The built-in speaker volume is better than I expected. Good product. I had remembered to pack my Garmin 755T unit Garmin nuvi 755T 4.3-Inch Widescreen Portable GPS Navigator and the lighter socket power cord. However, I had totally forgotten the windshield mount. "No problem", I thought, "I'll just toss it on the dash." Well, there are a bunch of problems with that.
* The GPS flew all over the dash whenever I took a turn or hit a bump
* There's no way to plug the power cord into the GPS without this unit
I expected the first problem, but not the second. So I ordered this and had it shipped overnight to my hotel. Amazon came through and I had the mount the next morning. Works great!
If you have a 2nd car, this makes the transfer somewhat easier. If you also get a 2nd power cord to go with it, you're really golden. You can then just pop the GPS out and in with zero effort.

(More customer reviews)I use this product on a Garmin GPS60CS. Before hand, I would get okay signal on any given day. And navigating by it in the truck was difficult because of lost signals. Once I hooked up this GA 25MCX to the GPS, WOW. I have never had sooo many and so high recepction before, EVER!. I almost had all 12 sats. @ full strength. And the plug is easy to use, just push it in and go. And just pull it out for removal, no tiny screw to mess with. The wire is slim and long (9ft), easy enough to hide away behing trim pieces. If you travel with a mobile GPS from Garmin, I highly recommend this product.

Garmin Carrying Case for GPSMAP 60 Series Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased this cover to protect my 60cs and it does exactly what I had hoped. The cover is elastic on the back and has a rubber-like material on the sides and top which enables you to get a good grip on your GPS. The front of the cover is made of plastic which extends the length of the view screen as well as the buttons.
I do however, have some gripes about the cover. The plastic cover can make entering data with the rocker pad tedious because even though you are pressing the rocker one way, the plastic causes the rocker to respond another way. I would rather have seen a separate cover for the buttons that was a bit more pliable. Also, you have to take off the cover if you want to plug your GPS unit into your computer via the USB cable. An opening in the cover would have made this easier. Lastly, the cover does not work with the handlebar mount for the 60cs. I really wish that it would because it is on the handlebars of my bicycle that I need the most protection. Therefore, I also bought some plastic screen covers to attach to the front face of the GPS to prevent it from getting scratched. However, the plastic screen covers and this cover do not play well and I have found that the cover pulls the plastic screen covers off.
The 60cs is a big investment. Despite the flaws in the cover design, it is definitely worth the extra cost of buying this cover. And pick up some plastic screen covers as well.
