(More customer reviews)First I had bought the Auto Navigation Kit to keep my Garmin iQue 3600 on the dashboard. Any quick acceleration though and my Garmin would be on the floor, waste of money.
Then this Garmin Suction Cup Mount came out; works perfect. We just cruised 3 weeks through Italy, France and Spain in my Alfa Romeo (V6 and sport tires & suspension = good test). Did some 4,000 km of all kind of road and driving conditions, including cobblestones, curvy coastal roads and bumpy secondary and mountain roads. Not once did the suction cup mount come loose from the windshield. Also, having the car sit parked in the hot sun for hours did not do any harm to the windshield-mounted device.
The cup mount installs and is removed in seconds. Clear voice sound from the speaker with easy volume control.
Other than that, it keeps your iQue 3600 charged, which you need as the battery does not last too long.
A definite must have if you want to use your iQue 3600 for car navigation.

This car mounts hold any phone very well and tight while the material to attach to the AC vent is a bit flimsy but it won't affect how you use the phone.
It will take you a bit to get it attached correctly depending on what kind of car you have but once it's on, works well.

VEHICLE IT IS USED IN IS A 2004 FORD CROWN VIC. BTW, THE MAGELLAN MAESTRO 4250 WORKS GREAT.

(More customer reviews)It does stay put in the corner of my dashboard to hold my phone gps where it is easy to see, but wish the mount were better, the phone tends to slip down unless you work hard to turn the wheel/dial to secure the arms. It doesn't have the spring-close mechanism of many similar looking cell phone mounts that tend to be more secure. But for the price, can't complain too much, I originally got it with free super saver shipping but looks like that isn't being offered any longer.

I also use my Nuvi with rental cars and when I used it in Arizona the rubber partially stuck to the windshield when I removed the suction mount. So now my suction mount looses suction frequently. I was about to purchase a replacement when I noticed the large beanbag friction mount. I'm going to give this a try. It has two little fold out bases on which your device will rest, so that your device will not slip out of the adjustable side rubber-like grips that hold it in place. No need to worry about any damage to your device since the holder is well padded with a rubber-like non-slip surface. I have a motorola Droid and it fit...no problem. I can easily pick my Droid out of the cradle to answer the phone. Actually, you could use it for a much larger or much smaller device. It even holds my little iRiver which is only 2 3/4 x 1 7/8. The bean bag & holder itself is a larger presence on the dash than I would have liked and debated giving it only 4 stars. With the Droid in the holder it measures just about 6 inches wide. A window attachment would be less bulky, but then I have never had any luck keeping a window attachment on a windshield so I am happy with this.

(More customer reviews)Bought a new car, so I needed new dashboard disk to mount my Nuvi. these seemed like a reasonable price for what appeared to be factory OEM disks.
When I received them I cleaned the dashboard with alcohol to make sure the adhesive would stick, removed the cover from the adhesive disk, and pressed it against the dashboard. Would not stick. I tried the other one. No-go. I touched the adhesive with my finger , and there was no adhesion - it did not feel sticky at all.
I contacted the seller for a refund, heard nothing. A week later sent another request for a refund, this time I got a refund.
